Key Applicant Requirement (Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications)

QUALIFICATION:
Candidates must have a minimum 16 years of education, BE/BTECH/MTECH or similar.

EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must be having between 0-1 years of professional IT Production support experience

SKILLS:
Candidates must be willing to learn new technologies and have flexibility to work in a production support with below technical skill sets.
MUST SKILL SETS:

Good Python knowledge

SQL/PLSQL knowledge & can write queries

UNIX basic scripting / Commands

Any scheduling tool knowledge (Good if knows CTM/Composer/$U)

Can write SQL queries to debug , code and support

Must be flexible to work in Production support
OPTIONAL SKILL SETS (GOOD TO HAVE):
o GCP/AWS/AZURE or any cloud knowledge
o ABI working knowledge (can work on issue fixing & code enhancement)
o Python scripting
o UNIX Shell scripting

KEY POSITION DETAILS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

Candidates must be willing to work in any weekdays or weekend shifts (morning, day & night) based on requirement and it will be on a rotational basis.

Shift1 From 06:00 Till 15:00 IST

Shift2 From 14:00 Till 23:00 IST

Shift3 From 22:00 Till 07:00 IST

Candidates must be flexible enough to learn any tools/technology if he/she is unaware of & start supporting that application/process.

If a candidate gets selected, then he/she will get an opportunity to support both On-premises & Cloud (GCP) based applications & processes.

Candidates must be a good learner and get knowledge of an existing system quickly and start supporting.

Candidates will get an opportunity to work on continuous improvement or automation to get rid of manual tasks/processes.
