We are looking for passionate and driven Associate Software Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn, solve complex problems, and contribute to software development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data management and optimization.
- Implement data structures and algorithms to enhance application performance.
- Solve analytical and logical problems to improve system efficiency.
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms for efficient coding.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of software development best practices.

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Plus Points (Not Mandatory but Preferred):
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Python, AI/ML, NestJS, Ruby on Rails (ROR) or React.js
