The Associate Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, build, and scale full-stack applications using React and .NET technologies. The role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people management to drive high-quality, scalable, and business-impacting solutions.
Primary Responsibility:
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Git and version control practices
- Solid frontend experience with React (JavaScript / TypeScript)
- Solid expertise in .NET / .NET Core API development
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scalable enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Containers)
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to AI/GenAI engineering or productivity tools
- Leadership & Behavioral Skills
- Demonstrated solid people management and mentoring capability
- Demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making mindset
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on tech involvement with leadership
