We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer – Flutter to join our mobile development team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in Flutter development. You will work closely with senior engineers to develop high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Flutter and Dart programming language.
Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Required Skills
Exposure to Firebase, SQLite, or other mobile databases.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with state management approaches in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc).

Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in mobile app development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
Document technical specifications and development processes.
