We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer – AI/ML to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers to develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML models, contributing to cutting-edge solutions in various domains.
Core Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications.
Implement machine learning algorithms and optimize performance for scalability and efficiency.
Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI/ML applications.
Support model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Assist in integrating AI solutions into existing software systems.
Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Exposure to software development best practices, including version control (Git).
Required Skills
Internship or project experience in AI/ML.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment techniques.
