Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML

Devsinc is on the lookout for a passionate Associate Software Engineer specializing in AI/ML to join our innovative team. In this position, you will leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to develop advanced solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Utilize data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques to prepare datasets for model training.
• Participate in model evaluation, tuning, and optimization to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers and data scientists to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
• Stay informed about advancements in AI/ML techniques and integrate relevant technologies into our projects.
• Support the documentation of processes, methodologies, and findings throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach problems methodically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the AI/ML domain.
• Previous project or internship experience in AI/ML is a plus but not required.
