What You'll Do

We are looking for a creative and strategic Associate Social Media Strategist to develop and execute impactful social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. This role will work closely with clients, the Customer Success (CS) team, and internal media teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content across all platforms. The ideal candidate is up-to-date with social media trends, highly organized, and skilled in content strategy and audience engagement.

• Collaborate with clients and the Client Success team to develop effective social media strategies tailored to client goals.
• Participate in enterprise planning sessions and client meetings as needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the social media landscape to optimize strategy and engagement.
• Represent the Social Media Relationship Management (SMRM) team in client onboarding meetings to ensure smooth transitions and strategic alignment.
• Work with the media team to maintain consistent messaging for clients across all digital platforms.
• Develop posting plans for both organic content and group content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversee content library organization to improve efficiency in content scheduling and posting.
• Supervise and guide the content creation process for all social media platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging material.
