You’ll be the driving force behind keeping our mission-critical systems running seamlessly. By automating tasks and streamlining processes, you’ll boost efficiency and improve product performance within LM’s infrastructure. As you sharpen your Site Reliability Engineering skills, you’ll play a pivotal role in our core Platform Operations team.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Write code to automate infrastructure maintenance and deployments.
- Ensure uptime for LogicMonitor's SaaS service and implement reliability improvements.
- Maintain security compliance in platform operations.
- Collaborate with developers and senior team members on operational and architecture changes.
- Provide strong documentation and detailed Runbooks.
- Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the LM product.
- Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Linux or container orchestration systems (and curiosity to learn more).
- Programming experience in Golang, Java, Python, or Shell.
- Familiarity with source code management tools (e.g., Git).
- Proven ability to complete projects.
- Able to work in the Santa Barbara office 2 days per week.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$86,205—$100,000 USD
