Sobre o cargo:

Associate Site Logistics Scheduler é o/a profissional responsável por planejar e coordenar a execução das operações logísticas de uma planta industrial, garantindo que materiais e produtos sejam movimentados no momento correto, pelos recursos adequados e sem impactos à operação ou ao cliente.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar, monitorar e ajustar a programação logística de materiais e embarques (recebimento, expedição e embalagens).

  • Identificar e resolver restrições, desvios e conflitos que possam impactar o atendimento das demandas operacionais e dos clientes.

  • Atuar como ponto focal para transportadoras, realizando o alinhamento e tratamento de exceções relacionadas aos modais rodoviário, ferroviário e marítimo.

  • Garantir a precisão das informações de embarque e o correto registro das atividades nos sistemas corporativos.

  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho logístico e comunicar oportunidades de melhoria aos parceiros envolvidos.

  • Coordenar recursos e serviços necessários para assegurar a execução segura, eficiente e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

Requisitos:

  • Curso Técnico completo em Logística, Administração, Processos Industriais, Operações, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.

  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão (SAP ou similares) e pacote Microsoft Office.

  • Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente industrial e interagir com múltiplas áreas e parceiros logísticos.
