Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…​

​To join our team as a ServiceNow Associate Administrator, a junior role that performs the day-to-day administration of the platform. They maintain the stability and usability of the platform, manage support for incidents, problems and requests, provide support and training to end users and assist with administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.​

For this opportunity, you will… ​

• ServiceNow Platform Troubleshooting: Work with key stakeholders that identify functional issues with the SN platform and remediate in a timely manner. This includes the ability to understand and remediate issues with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Access Controls (ACL’s), etc
• ServiceNow Portal: Manage the service catalog and troubleshooting catalog items as needed.
• ServiceNow user training: Assist end users with training of the use of the Service Portal and/or knowledge. This includes any search related, performance or general portal use issues.
• ServiceNow Platform Performance Monitoring: Monitor the health, administration, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow platform. This includes continually testing modules with standardized checklists to determine platform efficiency and escalate where needed.
