arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing,
high-performing corporate team within a leading national law firm.
This is a fantastic role for a
commercially minded lawyer looking to work on complex, high-value transactions
while being mentored by highly regarded leaders in the space.
The Opportunity
You’ll be involved in a broad
range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
- Private and public M&A
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- Capital raisings
- Corporate governance and regulatory advisory
- Investment funds and structuring work
You’ll play a key role across
transactions—drafting and negotiating core documents, managing due diligence,
and coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs.
About the Team
This team advises a diverse
client base, including:
- ASX-listed companies
- Multinational organisations
- Private equity and investment funds
- High-growth businesses
Working across sectors such as technology,
energy & resources, financial services, transport and consumer markets, the
team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice on complex
deals.
About You
You will bring:
- 3+ years’ PQE in corporate / transactional law
- Strong experience in M&A, capital markets or
investment work
- Excellent drafting and technical capability
- A commercial, client-focused approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
skills
