YPrime’s Innovation team is searching for an Associate Scrum Master. You’ll be based in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.
Does our mission sound like something you can get behind? If so, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Agile techniques: User stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
- Ability to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
- Clear and concise communication, ensuring stakeholders and executives have a clear view of product roadmap
Here are some more details about the job:
- You'll ensure the correct use of scrum process
- You'll work with product owner to groom product backlogs ahead of upcoming sprints
- You'll organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- You'll facilitate demo and decision-making processes to ensure visibility into product progress
- You'll work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
- You'll study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
