Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
Responsible for the new product development projects of Louis Dreyfus Company's animal nutrition. Conduct scientific research, develop experimental plans, coordinate resources to evaluate product feasibility, collaborate with R&D teams and third - parties to implement experiments, regularly report project progress, write professional articles, apply for patents, and protect the company's technological achievements.
Main accountabilities:
- Arrange and carry out applied and exploratory research projects, and complete tasks as scheduled.
- Search patents and literature to understand the latest trends of technologies such as enzymolysis and fermentation in products of animal nutrition and other fields.
- Communicate with the marketing and technical service departments, determine research priorities based on market and technical situations, and contribute to product sales.
- Participate in the transition of new products from development to production, optimize the process through pilot - scale testing, and solve technical problems.
- Regularly visit the market to understand customer needs and provide directions for product development.
- Evaluate and validate various laboratory methods in accordance with standards to ensure data accuracy.
- Publish R&D results in well - known international journals to enhance the company's visibility.
- Provide content support for patents, white papers, and journal articles through research.
Knowledge & Education:
- Master's degree or above in chemical - related majors such as biochemistry, chemical engineering, and food chemistry, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of professional experience, including two to three years in a laboratory setting. The work experience requirement may be waived for candidates holding a Ph.D. Must demonstrate proficiency with laboratory operations.
- Able to turn theory into products, design experiments, analyze data, and resolve technical issues independently.
- Demonstrate the drive and commitment necessary to enhance all facets of product development.
- Demonstrate the ability to efficiently adapt to product development tasks within a complex industrial environment and effectively manage multiple high-intensity challenges.
