Job Description
With the support and guidance of a manager, your will:

  • Work independently to plan, lead and execute technical work in line with R&D, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks.
  • Able to resolve issue and concerns raised during the project with minimal guidance from line manager.
  • Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions independently
  • Effectively plan and conduct pilot plant and lab trials in accordance with HSE, QP and HACCP requirements.
  • Plan, lead and execute development activities (e.g. product shelf life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation. etc.).
  • Provide direction for product development, you will use digital simulation models to obtain, understand and interpret consumer insights and commercial information.
  • Create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications and be responsible for stakeholder management and influencing decisions based on conclusions made from analysis and interpretation of results. Putting the consumer at the heart of development activities
  • Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions.
  • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing
  • To ensure overall compliance with Mondelēz International GMP and Safety standards

Education / Certifications:

  • Food Science and Technology related courses in Degree

  • Minimum 1-3 years work experience preferably within the food industry
