Associate Scientist I

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for antibody purification and detection (concentration, purity, endotoxin, etc.).
• Responsible for eukaryotic cell culture, plasmid transfection, and related cell-based experiments.
• Improve and refine SOPs for laboratory procedures.
• Ensure the authenticity and integrity of experimental data.
• Assist in exploratory experiments as needed.
• Proactively learn new experimental techniques and roles.
• Comply with company regulations and laboratory SOPs.
• Enhance coordination skills to support the stable operation of the overall laboratory workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in cell culture, antibody expression, or molecular biology is preferred.
• Passion for life science experimentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with fundamental concepts in molecular biology.
• Willingness to learn, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in office software and capable of reading technical documents in English.

1.负责抗体纯化、检测（浓度、纯度、内毒素等）等相关工作；
2.负责真核细胞培养、质粒转染等细胞实验；
3.提升并完善实验室岗位的 SOP；
4.确保实验数据的真实；
5.配合完成一些探索性实验；
6.主动学习新的实验岗位；
7.遵守公司规章制备以及实验室 SOP；
8.提升实验室岗位的协调能力来配合整个实验室流程的稳定运行。

任职资格：
1生命科学相关专业本科以上学历；
2有细胞培养，抗体表达等分子生物学经验者优先；
3热爱生命科学实验者优先；
4熟悉分子生物学相关基础知识；
5愿意学习新知识，具有发现问题，分析问题和解决问题的意识；
6有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
7熟练使用电脑办公软件以及有一定的英语阅读能力。
