Position Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
- Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields.
- Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce.
- Assist Developers/Application teams covering 24/7 monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform Site Switches/Org Migrations/Instance Refreshes.
- Work Arrangement: As part of a 24/7/365 operation, this is an Office based shift role.
- Shift Schedule: Shift patterns are based on 8-hour shifts alternating between morning, mid-shift and night shifts monthly.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
- No specific licenses required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Service Management Tools e.g., ServiceNow and xMatters.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Knowledge in Observability and AIOps tools e.g., Moogsoft.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
