We are seeking an Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Salesforce platform, assisting users, and contributing to maintaining and improving the company’s Salesforce platform. They will work closely with Amplify’s Salesforce Development team members and technical resources to ensure that the platform meets business needs and is optimized for performance, scalability, and user adoption.
Essential Responsibilities:

Assist with system configuration, including custom fields, layouts, and validation rules.

Perform regular maintenance, including data backups, system health checks, and updates.

Assist users in troubleshooting and provide training on Salesforce functionalities.

Create and update documentation for system configurations, processes and workflows.
-
Oversee data imports, cleansing, and de-duplication to ensure data integrity.

Create and manage custom reports and dashboards for users and management.
-
Collaborate with developers to implement new features or integrate third-party applications.

User management and maintenance
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) is required.

Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform features and user administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools
-
Solution-oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with data management and relational databases, particularly Salesforce Data Loader.

Demonstrated strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures
-
Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows.

Knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including security models, object relationships, and data management.

Experience working in Agile development environments required

Experience debugging and testing user issues within the SFDC environment.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Capable of working with a mix of in-person, remote, and offshore team members
-
Ability to work across several lines of business to achieve long-term organizational goals

Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides), Slack, Trello, Miro, and other business tools software as needed

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $67,000 - $107,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
