The Sales Support Representative is the primary customer contact, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to address inquiries, develop proposals, and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Use knowledge of pump applications, parts, programs, and processes to recommend effective customer solutions.
- Support sales forecasting, monthly outlooks, quarterly business reviews, and performance analytics.
- Maintain organized sales records, training information, organizational charts, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on continuous-improvement initiatives and key performance actions.

- Experience with SAP S4Hana, Salesforce, CRM systems, pricing, contract review, and ERP administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
