What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a motivated, action-oriented, and analytical Sales Strategy & Execution Partner to support a variety of impactful areas within the sales organization. You’ll be an essential partner to our sales/finance and commissions teams by providing strategic direction with data and working with financial systems to drive sustainable growth. This position reports to the Manager of Sales Strategy and Execution.
What you’ll be working on
- Partner with Sales to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales rep productivity
- Work with our Finance and Commissions teams to manage AE quotas/attainment, leaves and other elements impacting compensation
- Participate in areas such as commissions and compensation workstreams, quota management and sales support
- Foster continuous improvement; ensure that financial and compensation processes and systems are efficient and scalable
- Identify trends among the data and effectively communicate back to leadership
- Explain challenges and build consensus within the commissions and compensation workstream
We’d love to hear from people with
- Bachelor's in finance, Economics, Business, or other quantitative focus and/or comparable work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting or similar functions
- Proficient in Salesforce, Xactly (or other financial systems), Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suite, or other equivalent tools
- Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level

As such, this opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Heredia 3 days per week.
