As an Associate Sales Representative, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact for our customers, driving revenue by converting inquiries into sales across showroom consultations, phone, chat, and email channels. You will join PERGOLUX, a fast-scaling global leader in Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living, where our culture is rooted in integrity, ambition, innovation, humility, appreciation, and unity.
What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging face-to-face consultations in our showroom to guide customers through their outdoor living decisions.
Handle high-volume inbound communications through phone calls, live chat, and email channels.
Generate customized quotes and proactively convert inbound leads into completed orders.
Conduct targeted outbound follow-up activities via phone and email to nurture prospective buyers.
Execute weekend consultations by working scheduled Saturday shifts to maximize sales opportunities.
