Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Development
· Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals, urgent cares, orthopedic groups, and physician offices.
· Build and manage a target account list.
· Conduct introductory sales calls and support advancement through the sales cycle.
· Develop and maintain new referral relationships.
· Support territory revenue growth initiatives.
Clinical & Customer Support
· Deliver orthopedic bracing and DME products to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes.
· Educate patients and medical staff on proper equipment use.
· Build strong relationships with nursing staff, surgical teams, and materials management.
· Troubleshoot product or delivery concerns.
Operations & Documentation
· Maintain accurate billing and compliance documentation.
· Obtain required patient and provider signatures.
· Assist with inventory management and product tracking.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments.
· Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales.
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
· $50,000 Base Salary
