Job Description
Get to know the Team
- Grab For Business is Grab's B2B SaaS product line that simplifies business transportation, corporate food, and package deliveries for companies across Southeast Asia. Our passionate team is dedicated to making a societal impact in the region.
- The Sales Planning team collaborates with country leaders, sales, marketing, and product teams to create unified sales strategies, ensuring effectiveness. By analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive data, we develop impactful plans to growth.
Get to know the Role
- We are looking for a hands-on and operationally Associate to support overall planning for the Grab Commercial team.
- You will be a balance of analytics, execution and partner management, piloting strategic plans in collaboration with different teams across operations, enablement, commercial, self-serve, marketing, and product.
- You will report into the Senior Manager, Sales Planning and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
Critical Tasks you will perform:
- You will provide analytical recommendations based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking, and rigorous analyses.
- You will lead the development of experimental business opportunities, including the development of baseline capabilities, definition of the parameters of success, and ensuring a smooth transition to operations.
- You will support department-level strategy and facilitate the cross-pollination of best practices.
- You will communicate the vision to partners to bring plans into operational reality.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a strategy/operations/customer-facing or related role.
- You have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- You are experienced in a quantitative discipline with a strong business sense and complex analyses to different audiences, translating these into relevant business insights.
- You have demonstrated your capability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear message.
- You are customer-focused and results-oriented in all aspects of planning and delivery.
- You are high-performing and adaptable in a semi-structured environment.
- You can look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact.
