We're looking for an Associate Sales Marketing Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager. You will partner closely with our Sales team to help shape how MNTN communicates with prospective customers and supports their ability to confidently advertise using MNTN. You’ll be a supporting force: collaborating, writing, researching, and co-owning programs that help educate and excite prospective customers.

You will: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of why (and how) brands and agencies use MNTN: what drives them, what challenges they face, and what outcomes they seek.
  • Work alongside the Senior Product Marketing Manager, stepping into project roles and helping drive execution.
  • Serve as a bridge between Sales, Content, and Design, helping to turn insights and customer feedback into concrete assets.
  • Create compelling sales marketing content: including case studies, email communications, one sheets, slides, learning and enablement pieces, and more.
  • Contribute to customer journey mapping, segmentation, and program planning.
  • Gather, synthesize, and act on voice-of-customer feedback to inform marketing strategy.
  • Measure, report, and optimize on the impact of sales marketing efforts.
  • Be proactive in spotting gaps, making improvements, and experimenting with new approaches to customer engagement.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (advertising or performance marketing experience a plus).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills. You can communicate clearly, persuasively, and with attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and handle project execution with discipline.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical bent.
  • A “get it done” mindset, with resourcefulness and a bias toward action
  • Prior customer marketing experience preferred but not required.
