About the Position

Nestify is seeking an Associate Revenue Manager to support the Company’s revenue optimisation efforts within the short-term rental and Airbnb market. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the Philippines.

The role works closely with the COO and is responsible for executing and maintaining dynamic pricing strategies and pricing models across Nestify’s international property portfolio, including the United Kingdom, France and the United Arab Emirates.

The primary focus of this position is hands-on execution. The Associate Revenue Manager will be responsible for applying pricing strategies, monitoring live portfolio performance, and ensuring pricing adjustments are implemented accurately and timeously across all markets. While some analysis is required, this is not a pure analytics role. The emphasis is on operational pricing execution to maximise occupancy, yield, and revenue performance.

This role suits someone who is detail-orientated, commercially aware, and comfortable managing pricing decisions across a large, multi-market portfolio.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the COO in executing the overall pricing strategy and identifying revenue optimisation opportunities
  • Apply pricing strategies to newly onboarded properties, ensuring alignment with established pricing models and market-specific approaches
  • Monitor portfolio performance at a micro level and adjust rates based on demand, competitor pricing, seasonality, and performance trends
  • Analyse booking patterns and revenue performance to support pricing decisions
  • Conduct market analysis at multiple levels including country, city, district, and property type
  • Perform macro-level portfolio performance reviews to identify trends and variances against forecasts
  • Refine pricing strategies using market and performance insights to optimise revenue across the portfolio
  • Communicate pricing strategies clearly to Property Managers and Onboarding teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Maintain and enhance pricing models to improve granularity, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes
  • Build and maintain tools and systems to support pricing implementation, monitoring, and automation

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or yield optimisation, ideally within hospitality, property rental.
  • Experience using dynamic pricing tools such as Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse, or PriceLabs
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for performance tracking and analysis
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous
  • Experience with vacation rental management systems such as iGMS is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work closely with operations and commercial teams to implement pricing decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, multi-market pricing activity
  • Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven, remote environment

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 to 18:00 (CEST Time)
  • Location: Remote – Philippines
  • Contract Type: Full-Time (Freelance)
