About the Job 

As an Associate Research Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality research projects that help clients understand people, brands and markets. Working with colleagues across functions, you will manage project execution, ensure research excellence and translate data into meaningful insights. 

You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining quality standards and developing compelling deliverables that support client decision-making. The role combines project leadership, analytical thinking and storytelling, while providing opportunities to contribute to capability building and continuous improvement.

Key Job Roles 

  • Lead the delivery of research projects from project set-up through reporting, ensuring timelines, quality standards and client objectives are met. 

  • Review data outputs and project materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and methodological rigour.  

  • Collaborate with colleagues across accounts, operations and specialist teams to ensure seamless project execution.  

  • Translate research objectives into effective project approaches, questionnaires, discussion guides and deliverables.  

  • Analyse findings and develop clear insight-led recommendations that address client business questions.  

  • Create compelling reports and presentations that communicate findings in a concise and engaging manner. 

  • Has command responsibility on the proper implementation of all assigned projects from questionnaire design, fieldwork, data processing, statistical testing, analysis, presentation and up to documentation. 

  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance and promoting best practices. 

 

Role Requirements 

  • At least three (3) years’ work experience, in quantitative research.  

  • College degree in any of the following – Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management or any related discipline.  

  • Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is an advantage.  

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word  

  • Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.  

  • Good networking skills and service orientation.  

  • Innovative, adaptable and flexible.  

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.  

  • Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.  

  • Good presentation skills  

  • A fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details

Skills Required
