JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Requirements Manager – Production will be responsible for a Volterra product orders after the truck is released to manufacturing through the final inspection of the physical build. This role will ensure the physical production of the truck aligns to the specifications of the customer. The Associate Requirements Manager will liaison between the dealer and sales reps and the production floor to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Oversee the process of the physical build of the truck.

Partner with the customer and sales representative to validate truck specifications are identified and upheld throughout the physical build process.

Initiate production change orders (PCOs) to initiate customer changes to the truck.

Lead point of contact for the customer during the physical building of the truck.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and the customer to ensure all work orders and drawings meet customers specifications.

Manipulate and understand pricing of options through use of our pricing structure, including discounts, labor, and materials costs.

Utilize knowledge of the production process to identify any gaps in the process as well as continuous improvement of the physical build of trucks.

Act as a change agent; identifying reoccurring issues, providing improvement solutions, and identifying trends occurring within applicable regions and dealers.

Influence using established option content and utilize informed choices to assist customers through changes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in project management.

Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and ability to collaborate.

Ability to influence without authority and handle difficult conversations with various customer groups.

Ability to think critically and continuously look for process improvements.

Pay Range:
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
