Your Impact
- Maintain large volume of Subscription and SaaS renewals with high call and email volume daily
- Working with customers to resolve any issues which may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
- Following up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present to the customer
- Driving renewal opportunities to close prior to expiration through detailed funnel management
- Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM and to Sales/Renewals leadership
- Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
- Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
Your Experience
- Passion for sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, team focused environment
- Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite and/or SalesForce are a plus
- Previous experience with SaaS renewals is a plus
- Must be available for mid shift schedule
- Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office and 2 remote per week
