Location: Faribault and Owatonna, MN - Hybrid
This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, employee referrals)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data within applicant tracking system
- Support the HR, hiring, and recruitment team with administrative tasks
- Participate in internal and external training programs to develop recruitment skills
- Attend and support networking events such as job fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in human resources or Equivalent Experience
- 1 year of Relevant Experience

The typical hourly pay for this position ranges from $23.65-$36.58 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
