Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by empowering studios and wellness entrepreneurs to grow beyond in-person classes. We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses, whether online, in-person, or both.
With Arketa, studios can manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, run automated marketing, and launch fully branded apps and websites. We make it simple for founders to deliver a seamless, professional experience across every customer touchpoint. We've raised $15M in Series A funding and are growing quickly. It's a unique moment to join us. We're building a category-defining company in a fast-moving space, and we're looking for teammates who are excited to help shape the future of wellness.
About the RoleArketa is hiring an Associate Recruiter to partner directly with our Recruiting Lead and learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up. This is an early-career role built for someone with strong instincts and a hunger to grow. You'll start by supporting our go-to-market and customer-facing hiring, primarily SDRs, Account Executives, and Support Reps.
Day to day, you'll coordinate interviews, keep candidates moving with a fast and thoughtful experience, source top-of-funnel talent, and keep our ATS and reporting clean and accurate. As you build confidence and trust, you'll take on more of the search yourself, from running intakes with hiring managers to owning reqs end-to-end.
This is a role with real mentorship and a clear path to grow. You'll work side by side with our Recruiting Lead, who will invest in developing you into a well-rounded recruiter. If you're organized, curious, coachable, and energized by learning while you contribute, this is a rare chance to build a recruiting career from the inside of a fast-growing startup.
Traditional recruiting experience isn't required, and neither is a specific degree or career path. We're just as excited about a new grad who is hungry to build something as we are about someone with a year under their belt. If you've worked in sales, operations, or any customer-facing role, or if you're simply drawn to the idea of connecting with people and closing on great outcomes, you'll likely feel right at home here.
What matters most is that you're resourceful, quick to learn, and relentless about results. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and you're excited to help shape what recruiting looks like at a company building it from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is based remotely in the U.S.. You will work EST/CT time zone, approximately.
This role will be taken down July 20th at Midnight MST.
You'll join a brand-new, fast-growing talent function, partnering one-on-one with our Recruiting Lead. This is a small, high-trust team where your work is highly visible and directly tied to whether Arketa hits its growth goals. You'll work closely with GTM hiring managers across Sales and Support. The micro-culture is scrappy, collaborative, and data-curious: we'd rather build a smart system than repeat manual work, and we care deeply about candidates leaving every interaction as advocates for Arketa, regardless of outcome. You'll have the support to learn quickly and the runway to take on more ownership over time.
What You'll DoCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple searches, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed at every step
Drive a fast, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer
Source top-of-funnel talent and help build healthy pipelines under the guidance of the Recruiting Lead
Keep our ATS clean and accurate, and help maintain clear, reliable reporting
Re-engage strong talent from past searches and our applicant pool to build a warm, ongoing candidate community
Partner with the Recruiting Lead to learn how we run intakes, interview for culture, and raise the bar consistently
Support hiring classes so GTM and support teams can grow on schedule
Grow into owning full-cycle searches as you build confidence and trust
Bring curiosity and a process-improvement mindset, looking for ways to make hiring faster, fairer, and more efficient
Champion an interview process that optimizes for a great experience for Arketa and candidates regardless of the outcome
We believe in setting our team up to thrive, and we know great recruiters are built, not born.
30 days: You've built relationships with your hiring managers and the Recruiting Lead, learned how Arketa works and what makes our culture distinct, and ramped on our tools, ATS, and active reqs. You're coordinating interviews smoothly and candidates are having a great experience.

90 days: You're driving portions of full-cycle searches with growing independence, contributing sourced candidates who convert. You have a clear development plan toward owning your own reqs.
