Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Associate is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team within Talent Solutions. This multi-functional role delivers administrative, onboarding and recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition team providing an opportunity to work with both recruiters and the onboarding team during a critical phase in the recruiting and onboarding journey. The individual in this role will perform routine administrative tasks while also handling confidential and/or sensitive candidate data and may manage small-to-medium complexity projects in support of pre-start, candidate processes and new hire onboarding processes. The individual in the role will also provide support and assistance within the campus recruitment process.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Event Management: Provide detailed logistical planning of campus recruiting events, executing with precision and professionalism.

Resource Management: Oversee the preparation, assembly, and distribution of recruiting materials and giveaways for assigned events, maintaining inventory and ensuring timely availability for events.

Communication and Logistics: Support communication of event logistics, and communications to candidates and the business, driving clarity and coordination across all levels of involvement.

Data Management: Utilize advanced knowledge of talent technology to manage candidates and events, ensuring data integrity and efficient tracking. Complete understanding of the fundamentals of the TA team’s primary talent technology tools is required.

Candidate Experience: Act as a liaison between recruiting and new hires/candidates to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

Onboarding: Support the background check process and onboarding of new candidates.

Brand Promotion: Promote the firm's brand and career opportunities to students and academic communities.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to execute and ensure consistent and effective approach to all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle. Work closely with client facing reps and interviewers to make sure they understand their roles and responsibilities within the recruiting process
Qualifications:

2-3 years of administrative and/or HR administrative experience preferred.

Bachelors degree is required

Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and adaptability.

Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
