JOB SUMMARY
Receives medical supplies and equipment with regular guidance. Ensures quality of product and enters into the appropriate systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensures receipt of supplies is accurate and completed in a timely manner. • Maintains documentation for inventories, tracking and retrieval of supplies. • Prioritizes distribution of supplies in accordance with demand and temperature sensitive material. • The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned. TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES • Safety (Novice): The knowledge of and attentiveness to safety as well as compliance with the rules regarding safety. • Computer Literacy (Novice): Knowledge of the use of applications and other tasks on computers as part of regular work responsibilities. It includes knowledge of personal computers utilizing software such as word processors, spreadsheets, text editors, and graphics. • Inventory Management (Novice): Monitors material movement into and out of stock, reconciles inventory balances, and maintains adequate inventory levels. • Documentation (Novice): Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
