About the Job

The Associate Provider Development Manager supports the Provider Development team in building and maintaining relationships with key business partners and contributing to the organization’s growth objectives. This position is designed for an individual who is developing their knowledge of ServiceChannel and provider network development while gaining experience in relationship management, marketplace programs, and strategic initiatives. The Associate will work closely with Provider Development team members and cross-functional partners to support best-in-class service providers across Facility Management industry trades. This role will assist with the execution and ongoing management of provider partnerships, while learning how strategic partnerships are developed, operationalized, and measured.

 

The Associate Provider Development Manager will serve as a supporting point of contact for service providers and internal partners, helping ensure a high-quality experience while developing the skills necessary to progress toward greater ownership and responsibility within Provider Development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Provider Development Managers in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key service providers and business partners.

  • Assist with provider engagement activities and follow established processes to support service quality, provider participation, and network growth.

  • Support the collection, organization, and review of provider KPIs and performance information, escalating trends or concerns to the appropriate team member.

  • Build foundational knowledge of ServiceChannel Marketplace programs and provider network processes to serve as a resource to providers and internal partners.

  • Participate in provider conversations and meetings to develop relationship-management skills and gain an understanding of provider needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date provider profiles, including services, capabilities, and other relevant information within ServiceChannel.

  • Support established processes and programs while identifying opportunities for improvement and bringing recommendations to the team for consideration.

  • Develop an understanding of how marketplace trends and changes may impact provider engagement and communicate observations to the Provider Development team.

  • Support senior team members with value proposition development, provider communications, marketing initiatives, and growth-related activities.

  • Participate in departmental initiatives to gain exposure to the broader business and understand how Provider Development contributes to organizational goals.

  • Work alongside Provider Network Development team members to identify opportunities within the existing provider network and support the implementation of new guidelines, processes, or programs.

  • Assist with data analysis and reporting projects related to provider performance, network growth, and operational effectiveness.

  • Support client-facing teams by helping gather provider information, research network needs, and address provider-related questions or requests.

  • Learn and apply ServiceChannel processes, tools, and best practices while progressively taking on additional responsibilities as proficiency develops.

  • Escalate complex provider, client, or operational issues to the appropriate team member and assist with resolution as directed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, procurement, account management, operations or a related field preferred.

  • Interest in developing relationships with service providers and learning the Facility Management industry.

  • Strong willingness and ability to learn from team members and collaborate across functions.

  • Ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete assigned tasks and maintain information.

  • Ability to learn new processes, systems, and software applications quickly.

  • Comfortable asking questions, seeking guidance, and incorporating feedback.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

  • Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to providing a strong experience for ServiceChannel providers and partners.

  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek direction or escalate an issue.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and willingness to develop analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong attendance, organization, and time-management skills.
