JOB SUMMARY

This job supports provider network growth and retention by creating compelling communication campaigns across multiple channels (email, mail, digital newsletters, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to develop and manage impactful communication materials and presentations, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment. This role is crucial for educating and engaging providers nationwide.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns targeting providers across multiple channels (email, print, digital). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign strategies, objectives, and timelines; ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements; and managing project resources to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Organize and facilitate meetings to track progress and address challenges.

  • Content Creation & Design (Multi-Media): Design and produce high-quality, visually appealing communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, marketing collateral, and web content. This involves leveraging various media (images, video, animation, etc.) and collaborating with stakeholders to develop compelling content that is accurate and relevant, while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

  • Provider Network Support & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for provider communication inquiries across various departments. This may include developing and executing recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at expanding the provider network and ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Experience with healthcare or dental insurance provider networks and strategy, terminology, contracting, etc.

  • Experience with graphics and file formats

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, marketing, communications, liberal arts, health policy or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Pay Range Minimum:

$50,200.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$91,200.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.  The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
