This position reports to:
Sales Manager__
In this role, you will work as Project Manager for Motors and Generators, ensuring contract fulfillment up to final logistics including also after sales -up to end of guarantee- customer support. You will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project up to closing.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Large Induction Motors and Generators Business Line in Spain. Main stakeholders are: customers, business line sales team, feeder factories, service and technical support.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Contract fulfillment, leading the project resources allocated to the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, deliverables, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance and delivery of the equipment, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the Role
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred, or similar); will consider equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience; background in electrical strongly preferred
- Project Management background and skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong drive for world-class quality
- Excellent communication skills
