We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support and manage client-facing software development projects from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will help ensure timely execution, high-quality outcomes, and effective collaboration across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking project plans and sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery
  • Facilitate key Agile/Scrum ceremonies 
  • Monitor progress and support the removal of blockers and impediments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across distributed/global teams
  • Support risk identification, tracking, and mitigation efforts
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Track Agile performance metrics such as sprint velocity and team efficiency
  • Promote smooth team collaboration and help address communication challenges
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying Agile best practices

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role in IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
    • JIRA (tracking, reporting, dashboards)
    • Confluence (documentation and collaboration)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment
  • Flexibility to support project needs, including occasional non-standard working hours

Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or formal Agile training
  • Familiarity with healthcare domain, data, or systems
  • Exposure to Agile reporting and metrics tracking
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams
