Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our Analytics Research team. In this role, you will work with complex healthcare datasets to develop machine learning models and Generative AI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on programming skills, and a keen interest in building scalable AI solutions, including experience in core machine learning and deep learning techniques and also working with large language models and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business problems and deliver insights using machine learning and data mining techniques
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and build predictive models to support forecasting and decision-making
  • Apply and evaluate machine learning models using standard performance metrics
  • Design and implement Generative AI solutions, including RAG-based agents and end-to-end agentic workflows
  • Work with and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for automation and optimization use cases
  • Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience or strong project experience in machine learning, data science, or AI
  • Strong programming skills in Python with knowledge of production-level coding practices
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques. 
  • Strong knowledge of feature engineering techniques (imputation, scaling, outliers, encoding)
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systems
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AWS Bedrock, AWS Strands or similar)
  • Exposure to LLM fine-tuning (e.g., Mistral, LLaMA 2)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data or domain knowledge
  • Understanding of end-to-end AI solution deployment
