In this high‑impact role, you’ll partner with experienced project managers to support strategic customer projects across multiple North American manufacturing sites.
You’ll help coordinate schedules, streamline communication, and ensure successful execution of customer commitments that keep industries, communities, and critical infrastructure energized.

How You’ll Make an Impact- Collaborate with project teams to support clear goals, tasks, and timelines.
- Coordinate scope, scheduling, budgeting, and quality to meet customer expectations.
- Partner with the lead Project Manager as a primary customer contact and assist with escalations.
- Align resources across factories and service teams for smooth project delivery.
- Maintain documentation, support risk management, and uphold compliance standards.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- CAPM certification preferred; willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy APM certification within 2 years.
- Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams and manage vendors or subcontractors.
- Experience with SAP, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or the North American energy sector is a plus.
