The Associate Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting educational service delivery for healthcare clients. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating virtual and in-person training sessions, maintaining learning systems, and ensuring contract and compliance workflows are executed efficiently. The Education Coordinator serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality education experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and onsite sessions
- Manage client data in CRM and LMS systems, including curriculum setup, user enrollment, and reporting
- Manage project plans, status update in Smartsheet
- Facilitate communication between clients and Clinical Education Consultants (CECs)
- Lead calendar management, and education metrics tracking
- Set up and manage Zoom sessions and ensure client readiness
- Offer support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve education workflows and documentation
- Set up and manage InterQual Learning Source (ILS) sessions and participant enrollments
- Coordinate Zoom logistics and client testing for virtual sessions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of experience as Project Coordinator/Trainer
- Experience with implementation or support of SaaS technologies
- Experience owning client relationships, including recurring relationships, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Client Facing experience
- Knowledge of MS Tools (PPT, Visio, Excel, MS Word)
- Knowledge of PM Tools (Smart Sheet), Documentation
- Understanding the Project & Application to educate the client
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and manage conflict and risks, while leading the implementation through tenuous situations
- Demonstrated adaptability, agility, and a constructive approach in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
- Ability to support customers during USA Central hours from 9 AM to 5 PM CST (8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management coursework and certification
- Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of software functionality, user navigation and reporting capabilities
- Proficient in organizing and tracking issues and risks
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Project Management software experience
- Demonstrated solid decision-making capability. Can digest complex information to understand core issues and then develop proposed solutions that align with company and client interests
- Demonstrated success in independently applying process improvement methods with measurable business performance gains
