Role Overview:

The role at Flatworld Solutions entails overseeing the design, development, and release of software projects, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality applications. Responsibilities include prioritizing new functionality requests, documenting issues, and translating designs into cross-device applications. The position requires over 7 years of experience in the .Net stack, with expertise in MVC, Web Services, C#, MSSQL, and responsive web development. Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular JS, .Net Core, and Azure Cloud is crucial. The role also demands proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with SaaS platforms is preferred. Additionally, you will work with Quality Assurance to ensure software quality and support other developers by estimating tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design, development, and release process for both new and existing projects.

·       Collaborate with development teams, management, and designers to create top-tier software applications.

·       Coordinate the collection, analysis, and prioritization of requests for new features and improvements in existing applications.

·       Document and report issues, while recommending solutions or enhancements to project managers.

·       Convert design specifications into applications compatible across various devices.

·       Contribute to the design and architecture to align with business requirements.

·       Stay informed on the latest web tools, client-side technologies, standards, and best practices.

·       Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

·       Assist other developers, demonstrate a strong ability to estimate tasks, adhere to deadlines, and work independently in a team  environment.

Qualifications:

·       Over 7 years of IT experience focused on the .Net technology stack.

·       Strong expertise in MVC, Web Services, Web API, C#, MSSQL, and web development.

·       Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular JS, and jQuery.

·       Experience with .Net Core (.Net 5.0/6.0) and Azure Cloud.

·       Skilled in responsive web design techniques.

·       Proven experience in leading the development of .NET solutions.

·       Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Best Practices.

·       Comprehensive end-to-end .NET development experience, with proficiency in building enterprise applications using .Net stacks.

·       Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·       Preferable experience with SaaS platforms.
