Job Description:

The opportunity:
To ensure customer and factory satisfaction through effective project management skills. Deliver results from order entry to project 
commissioning that ensure repeatable customer business. Jobholders are accountable for cost control and risk management.

How you'll make an impact:

You will be responsible for multiple projects at all project stages and identify and close contractual commercial or technical 
gaps. Perform contract review according to the appropriate process.

You will conduct a project kick-off meeting with sales and relevant departments and do the execution of orders based on 
contractual requirements and the Project Management process; attend customer meetings as required and agree.

You will manage technical drawings project to ensure submit/approved timely and Project Management of orders including 
cost and risk management, scheduling, tracking, shipment, invoicing coordination, and being the primary customer contact for 
all project-related matters

You will support full technical and commercial coordination with customers and relevant departments through appropriate 
channels from order intake to commissioning and warranty. You will control the invoice process together with the accounting 
department and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure proper positive cash flow and review the cost situation to comply 
with budget figures

You will manage corrective action costs of claims with customers to minimize the costs for projects and company and 
recommend quality improvement process, apply strictly Compliance rules, Chart of Authority and other PM related policies and 
table of authority. You will manage warranty cases and co-ordinate with relevant departments to support customers in 
resolving the issue and Project documentation: making all documentation and technical specifications available to the parties 
involved and following up on correct compliance.

You will follow up with customer and finance for payment issues, issue payment request to customer or initiate penalty clauses 
as per the contract and ensure and follow up the Credit limit to Customer, request & follow up Bonds, BG, LC.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, International Business Management, or Industrial Management. 
Master’s Degree is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in engineering projects. Hands-on experience in project management and/or 
power industry advantageous.

Specialized knowledge in Transformers and/or electrical equipment is advantageous and demonstrate negotiation skills in 
interaction with internal and external customers. Leadership skills to manage customers and other departments by influence 
and must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity and organization.

Familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of SAP, PS Module, and MS 
Projects is a plus with good problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills. Experience in dealing with the cultural diversity of a 
global business environment is a plus and ability to read technical drawings and documentation.

Project Management Certificate is an advantage and looking for proactive, result-oriented individuals with excellent 
interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as reliability and ability to work under pressure

Be a real organizational talent, have an analytical attitude, have good communication skills commercial insight, and negotiation 
skills.
