About the Role:
Are you looking to launch your career in project management, customer success, or education technology? As an Associate Project Manager (APM), you will play a key role in helping schools and districts successfully use Panorama’s products.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of 125-150 clients and support them through survey projects, onboarding, and ongoing product adoption. You’ll develop essential skills in client communication, project coordination, and problem-solving while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Survey Project Management
- Guide schools and districts through the survey process, helping them set up, launch, and review results.
- Provide clear instructions on goal setting, survey setup, and reporting to ensure clients get the most out of Panorama’s tools.
Onboarding & Client Education
- Help new clients successfully implement Panorama’s products .
- Teach clients how to use self-service tools to achieve their goals
- Show clients how different Panorama products work together to achieve their goals
Product Adoption & Client Engagement
- Send proactive outreach and email campaigns to help clients stay engaged and informed.
- Track important milestones like survey launch dates and upcoming professional development sessions, ensuring clients have what they need.
- Provide best practices and easy-to-follow resources to encourage product adoption.
Ongoing Client Support & Collaboration
- Work with internal teams like Tech Support, Engineering, and Account Management to solve client issues.
- Learn how to troubleshoot common client questions and direct them to the right resources.
- Help maintain clean and accurate user data in the Panorama platform.

Base Salary: The starting base salary for this role is $58,500. Actual offers will depend on experience and skills.
The “Starting Base Salary” represents anticipated salary for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits
