Associate Project Manager - Marketing

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager - Marketing to step beyond coordination and begin managing marketing projects end-to-end. In this role, you’ll own projects, manage resources, and ensure deliverables align with business goals. This position bridges tactical execution and strategic planning within the marketing function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing projects from initiation to closure with minimal oversight.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely execution.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, providing clear direction and follow-ups.
• Analyze project outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Support project managers and directors with portfolio-level reporting.
• Mentor coordinators transitioning toward project management.
• Build strong relationships across teams and mobilize cross-functional groups to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6-7 years of experience in marketing project coordination/operations, with exposure to project leadership.
• Strong project management skills, ideally with certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent in progress).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project risks.
