- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a formal project plan by participating in scope definition and requirements gathering meetings - taking notes, task definition, understanding of dependencies.
- Assist with the prioritization and management of project tasks based on their impact to the project and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Assist in the development and distribution of detailed project status reports- including entry and communication of any project updates.
- Proactively monitor project KPIs including budget, % complete, and timing of all initiatives and if anything starts to diverge from plan, alert manager to discuss correction procedures.
