This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'll shape and deliver complex business-critical programmes across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll turn strategy into action, driving programme excellence and ensuring sustainable business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide programmes from inception through to successful delivery.
  • Drive governance, risk management, resource planning and programme performance.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver measurable business benefits through effective programme management and change leadership.
  • Champion innovation and identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and ways of working.

Skills

  • Significant experience leading large-scale programmes or portfolios within a complex, matrix environment.
  • Track record of delivering strategic change, business transformation, technology or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Expertise in programme governance, risk management, budgeting and delivery planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passion for developing high-performing teams and driving business success.
