We are looking for someone to join our stellar Early Talent & Diversity Recruiting Team as the Associate Program Manager focused on shaping our early talent pipeline programs (Summer Internship, New Grad Rotational Program, Early ID Summits, etc.) as we grow and scale to build future MongoDB leaders!
This is a high impact role that requires the ability to diagnose opportunities for improvement, reimagine new possibilities and deliver an excellent programming experience from start to finish. We are looking for a creative, adaptable and results oriented individual who can develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of partners based on trust and collaboration. You will report into the Lead, Program Manager Diversity & Early Talent Recruiting and work directly with Early Talent Recruiters, Program Coordinators, as well as key stakeholders in the business to execute MongoDB’s early talent and diversity recruiting strategy.
Day to Day
- Support a comprehensive and impactful early talent diversity and inclusion strategy including partnerships with ERG/Affinity Groups, universities, and other student focused organizations
- Serve as a project manager for the Early Talent Team to ensure all key initiatives and projects are organized, tracked and executed to meet goals, deliverables and deadlines
- Deliver an engaging, high-touch pre-boarding and onboarding experience for interns and New Grads, ensuring a personalized process. Coordinate day-one orientation seamlessly across business units involved in the program
- Partner across HR/People Team functions (i.e. HR generalists, learning & development, employee experience, compensation, benefits, payroll, etc.) business functions (Engineering, etc.) and cross-functional partners (IT, Legal, etc.) on implementation of the early talent programs
- Collaborate with internal teams (Employer Brand and Social) to create and evolve the early talent program social media strategy
- Support execution of early ID summit events that will result in qualified candidates and strengthen employment brand
- Manage and plan programmatic related responsibilities including speaker events, follow up after events, budget management, and data tracking
- Determine metrics and processes to help us measure progress related to programmatic KPIs, utilizing new or existing tools and technology
- Design and manage mentoring and sponsorship programs (ex: Bridge Building Program)
- Ongoing evaluation of New Grad satisfaction and implementation of solutions to enhance New Grad Rotational Program experience and retention
- Adapt and assist with diverse projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of our team and organization
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 2+ years HR experience preferably including university/early career recruitment or learning & development
- “One team” mentality, thrives on build together mentor/mentee moments
- Experience with project management, brand marketing, execution with experience using metrics, data analysis, and reporting to drive program outcomes
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving experience
- Relationship management skills and the ability to develop meaningful interpersonal alliances and influence at all levels; team player willing to collaborate, share and leverage best practices

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. $50,000—$99,000 USD
