Through its relationship with CUSO Financial Services, LP (CFS) Allegacy Federal Credit Union is seeking an Associate Program Manager to join their team in the Winston Salem area.

Position Responsibilities
- Train, coach and motivate assigned financial advisors. Financial advisors may be located within or at an outside managed program.
- Track and analyze key metrics for assigned Financial Advisors, including closing ratio, sales activities, branch engagement, product mix, invested dollars, and referral activity
- Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend solutions, products, and services to deliver holistic financial planning
- Develop and implement a Financial Advisor development program, including continuing education and professional development resources
- Manage effectiveness of marketing strategies and promote brand recognition
- Work closely with retail directors and other credit union business lines to promote Financial Planning services and support introductions and partnerships
- Coordination of introductions to key partners within the broker/dealer and third-party partners
- Provide oversight and serve as a resource to the support team
- Assist in data analysis and reporting, including interaction with the credit union data analytics resources
- Assist in compliance and legal audits
Experience
- 5 years of experience in sales management, training, and coaching for financial planning, investment advisory programs
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education/training, (or related degree)
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65/66 required. Series 9/10 required to obtain within 6 months of hire
- NC life, health and accident insurance licenses required to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) preferred
- Proficient in utilizing financial planning software
- Note: Travel may be required 5 -15%
