We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Associate Program Manager. This role is crucial in driving the success of our enterprise products and digital platforms. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in product management, with a strong understanding of enterprise applications and digital transformation.   • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, UX, and operations teams for efficient product delivery.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product features.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and manage release planning for timely product releases.
  • Drive the adoption of enterprise platforms, including SAP, LexisNexis, and Nexus.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
  • Define KPIs and product metrics to measure and improve product performance.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting for effective governance.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Solution Delivery.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise products across their entire lifecycle.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP, LexisNexis/Nexus platforms, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, system integrations, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Risk & Compliance, or Banking is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products and digital transformation initiatives is an asset.
