  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure program quality and adherence to standards, conducting regular reviews and audits.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and communicate program status to stakeholders.
  • Support business development activities, contributing to proposal development and client presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and an understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload.
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in program management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
