Job Purpose
This Associate Program Manager, Marketing role is designed for an early‑career marketer who wants broad, hands‑on exposure across hospitality marketing while building strong fundamentals in execution, organization, and project management.
In this role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple teams, properties, and partners during a period of meaningful growth and operational evolution for the organization. You’ll play an essential role in keeping work organized, accurate, and moving forward—helping marketing strategies come to life through disciplined execution and attention to detail.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in being reliable, organized, and trusted with details others depend on, while steadily building skills and experience for long‑term growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support marketing programs and projects that advance business and brand objectives across assigned products, services, and market segments.
- Act as a coordination hub across marketing, sales, creative services, and external vendors to ensure requests are clearly scoped, tracked, and delivered on time.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing requests from Worldwide Sales, managing intake, prioritization, trafficking, and follow‑through.
- Support B2B marketing plans by maintaining timelines, organizing assets, updating trackers, and assisting with day‑to‑day execution.
- Manage requests for “in‑need” properties by gathering inputs, organizing information, and helping surface opportunities and insights.
- Assist with the development of presentations, proposals, and promotional materials by researching information, organizing content, and ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials by partnering with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain well‑organized digital files, documentation, and workflows using SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination to ensure marketing initiatives are well‑documented and compliant.
- Use approved artificial intelligence and automation tools thoughtfully to streamline administrative tasks, improve organization, and increase efficiency (e.g., summarizing inputs, organizing content, drafting first‑pass materials), while applying sound judgment around accuracy, brand standards, and data sensitivity.
- Contribute ideas for improving templates, processes, and workflows, recognizing that this is a support‑focused, execution‑driven role.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience supporting marketing, communications, or project coordination in a corporate, agency, or hospitality environment.
Skills & Capabilities
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives across channels such as digital, field marketing, events, sales enablement, or advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, track details, and meet deadlines in a structured, fast‑moving environment.
- Experience working within brand standards, established processes, and cross‑functional workflows.
- Comfort with basic marketing analytics, reporting inputs, and budget or expense tracking.
- Strong organizational skills, including maintaining files, trackers, calendars, and documentation using tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools—or a strong interest in learning—to support productivity and organization, paired with good judgment and attention to quality.
- High attention to detail and a consistent commitment to producing accurate, dependable work.
What success looks like
- Projects and requests are well‑organized, clearly documented, and delivered on time.
- Stakeholders feel supported, informed, and confident in marketing execution.
- Administrative and coordination work is handled proactively and accurately.
- AI and automation are used responsibly to improve efficiency—not replace fundamentals.
- You build confidence, skills, and visibility that position you for future growth within marketing or the broader organization.

This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our Phoenix headquarters, with remote work Tuesdays and Thursdays. This model supports collaboration, connection, and flexibility.
