We are looking for an entrepreneurial Associate Program Manager to support the execution of initiatives on our Conversion Rate Optimization team, specifically to support production of new landing pages and websites for our clients.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to support the building of landing pages and websites from conception to design, engineering, and launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will need to support the CRO strategy by working with our CRO team designers and Tinuiti paid media teams in developing a roadmap, and communicate with clients to get input and deliver on the expectations you set out. Our CRO team works closely with the engineering, UX Design, and paid media teams to develop new pages that drive profitable conversion rate growth. As an Associate PM, you’re also comfortable reviewing optimization strategy while analyzing websites, landing pages, and funnels to help identify areas of conversion opportunity. You will be responsible for innovation, overseeing development, QA, test design/set-up, building/testing pages in tools such as Optimizely, VWO, etc., tracking, monitoring, and client communication.
As an Associate Program Manager, you will:
Work with the paid media, engineering, and design teams to define vision and strategy for successful landing pages/websites (incl. Quizzes, lead forms, etc.) that help our clients increase conversion rates & revenue
Work closely alongside CRO developers to test AB and Multivariate experiments within a variety of testing platforms including VWO, Optimizely, and Convert
Assess current client pages and prioritize the innovation and development of new pages to help clients drive growth
Collect and analyze qualitative & quantitative data through usability studies, market research, and analysis to learn more about customer behavior and satisfaction
Support in formulating clear testing hypotheses, testing plans, and testing roadmaps for website optimization and landing page development
Support the ownership of a client’s testing strategy; monitor and report on test results, recommending appropriate next steps based upon results at time of test conclusion
Prioritize CRO testing roadmap to build and test based on market opportunities and client business needs, making tradeoffs between performance upside and costs
Support coordinating deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients (2-4) in a timely manner
Communicate directly with clients, including understanding their goals, communicating page and testing status, soliciting feedback on our roadmap, and solving complex performance issues.
Confidently interact directly with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally with thought leadership, proactiveness and a hunger to drive success
Clearly articulate our processes and methodology to instill value and continuously foster a culture of experimentation
Professional Qualifications:
1+ years of growth marketing experience (preferably agency experience, but in-house experience is applicable)
Knowledge of growth marketing levers (key metrics, how they affect each other)
Basic understanding of pixels and tracking, experience with GA4/Mixpanel/Amplitude
Internal and external communication skills
Prioritization skills (able to navigate multiple workstreams effectively and prioritize accordingly)
Experience working in a team, able to effectively flag issues proactively, and recommend potential solutions
Nice-to-have:
1+ years experience in formulating optimization strategy, execution of AB, multivariate, Multi-Page and funnel testing
Experience within testing platforms such as VWO, Convert, or Optimizely
Experience within qualitative user behavior tools such as MS Clarity, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Lyssna and UserBrain
